The substrate optimizer, with a grain size of 4–8 mm, is used to improve the substrate for indoor and outdoor use in pots, window boxes, and containers.
It prevents compaction, waterlogging, and rapid drying out of potted plants, container plants, and balcony plants with root balls. The addition of the substrate optimizer improves water absorption, allowing for longer watering intervals. The numerous pores of the broken granules absorb water and nutrients and release them to the roots as needed. This helps plants in and around the house to survive even extended periods of drought without damage.
The granules are structurally stable and prevent compaction; they are rot-resistant and will not mold or rot.
